Ironically, the percentages MyHeritage provided coincides very closely with what I would expect, given my genealogy and known ethnicities (between 7 and greater generations back). ![]() ![]() Each organization reportedly compares DNA results with their own database, so my ethnicity, as well as that of both my parents and my children, is vastly different between some of the organizations. For those who question the ethnicity results MyHeritage provided them, I highly recommend you download your raw data and upload it to other organizations (often a free service). I have had my DNA tested through two unrelated organizations and uploaded the raw DNA to both MyHeritage and two other unrelated organizations. Thanks to Eden’s persistent assistance and detailed instructions, I am now able to sync between the online and offline programs. Eden again researched my settings and provided a revised set of step-by-step instructions (with screen shots) to assist in resolving the (new and different) problem Eden again requested I reply to his email to confirm whether the problem was resolved. ![]() After following the instructions and continuing to be unable to sync between the two programs, I replied to Eden with both a description of the problem and screen shots depicting I followed the initial instructions. When I contacted MyHeritage customer service about a problem I was experiencing with the ability to sync between the online site and the offline Family Tree Builder program, Eden researched my settings and provided (via email) step-by-step instructions (with screen shots) to assist in resolving the problem Eden’s email also asked me to reply, to indicate whether the problem was resolved. ![]() Impressive customer service, research capability and ethnicity results
